1. DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION

1.1 "Leyna", "we", "us" and "our" refer to GetLeyna LLC.

1.2 "Website" means getleyna.com and any subdomain operated by us.

1.3 "Customer", "you" and "your" refer to any person browsing the Website or placing an order.

1.4 "Products" means the garments offered for sale on the Website.

1.5 "Order" means a purchase confirmed by an order confirmation email.

1.6 Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

1.7 Words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.

1.8 "Including" means including without limitation.

2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1 You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to place an order.

2.2 You confirm that the information you provide at checkout is accurate, current and complete.

2.3 You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method presented at checkout.

3. THE PRODUCTS

3.1 Leyna sells shaping underwear.

3.2 Our Products are garments. They are not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and nothing on the Website constitutes medical advice.

3.3 We describe what our Products do plainly: they hold and smooth the midsection while worn. They do not alter the body, and any effect lasts only for as long as the garment is worn.

3.4 Where you have a medical concern relating to your abdomen, your recovery after childbirth, or a surgical scar, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

3.5 Product photography is representative. Colours may vary between screens, between devices and between production batches.

3.6 Sizing guidance published on the Website is indicative. Fit varies between individuals.

4. ORDERS

4.1 The display of a Product on the Website is an invitation to treat and not an offer.

4.2 Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation email.

4.3 We may decline or cancel an order, including where a Product is unavailable, where a pricing or description error has occurred, where an address cannot be verified, or where we reasonably suspect fraudulent use of a payment method. In each case the order is refunded in full.

4.4 We may limit the quantity of Products available to any one customer, household or address.

5. PRICES AND PAYMENT

5.1 Prices are displayed in the currency selected at checkout.

5.2 Shipping is calculated at checkout and depends on the delivery address.

5.3 Prices may change at any time. A change never affects an order already confirmed.

5.4 Payment is taken at checkout through the payment methods displayed at that point.

5.5 We do not sell subscriptions. We do not offer free trials. We never place a recurring charge on a payment method. Every order placed on the Website is a single, one-time purchase.

5.6 Where a payment is declined by the issuer, the order is not confirmed and no contract is formed.

6. PROMOTIONAL CODES

6.1 Discount codes are valid for a single use per customer unless expressly stated otherwise.

6.2 Codes cannot be combined with one another unless expressly stated.

6.3 Codes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be applied retroactively to a completed order.

6.4 We may withdraw or cancel a code at any time, including where we identify misuse or unauthorised distribution.

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

7.1 Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION

8.1 Returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

9.1 All content on the Website, including text, photographs, illustrations, graphics, layout, source code and the Leyna name and marks, is owned by or licensed to GetLeyna LLC.

9.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish or exploit any part of the Website without our prior written permission.

9.3 Nothing on the Website grants any licence or right to use any trade mark displayed on it.

10. ACCEPTABLE USE

10.1 You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose.

10.2 You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, to introduce malicious code, to scrape or harvest data, or to interfere with the operation of the Website or its infrastructure.

10.3 We may suspend or refuse access to any person in breach of this section.

11. CUSTOMER SUBMISSIONS

11.1 Where you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and display it in connection with our business.

11.2 You confirm that any content you submit is your own and does not infringe the rights of any third party.

11.3 We may decline to publish, or may remove, any submission at our discretion.

12. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES

12.1 The Website may link to or embed services operated by third parties, including payment providers, carriers and review platforms.

12.2 We do not control those services and accept no responsibility for their content, availability or practices.

13. AVAILABILITY OF THE WEBSITE

13.1 We do not warrant that the Website will be available uninterrupted or free of error.

13.2 We may suspend, withdraw or restrict all or part of the Website for maintenance or for business reasons, without notice.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

14.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

14.3 Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

15. STATUTORY RIGHTS

15.1 Nothing in these terms limits the rights available to you under the consumer law of your country of residence.

16. FORCE MAJEURE

16.1 We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

17. SEVERABILITY

17.1 If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

18. NO WAIVER

18.1 A failure to enforce any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

19. ASSIGNMENT

19.1 We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these terms. You may not do so without our written consent.

20. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

20.1 These terms, together with the policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and GetLeyna LLC in relation to your use of the Website and any order placed through it.

21. GOVERNING LAW

21.1 These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

21.2 Clause 21.1 does not deprive a consumer of the protection afforded by the mandatory law of their country of residence.

22. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

22.1 We may update these terms at any time.

22.2 The version published on this page at the moment an order is placed is the version applicable to that order.

22.3 The Effective Date and Last Updated date above indicate the current version.
